Joyce Erdner of The Doorway speaks on addiction recovery at a QVGOP meeting

Joyce Erdner has worked with recovering addicts and struggling youth for over thirty years. She is the founder and director of The DoorWay Christian ministry, a community center based in Avalon, PA. The DoorWay serves thousands of children and adults, providing them with a sanctuary and a nurturing space. All services at The DoorWay, including support programming, recreation, and snacks, are free to the community. The DoorWay has been featured on many news and media outlets, such as Pittsburgh Post -Gazette and CBS. Come to hear Mrs. Erdner speak about her experiences restoring families and communities.
